Vicki L. Vetterkind, age 54, passed away Friday, August 21, 2015 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire. She was born December 14, 1960 in Rockford IL to Gary and Joyce (Frank) Vetterkind. She worked at Nelson Filter for many years and enjoyed camping, sitting around the campfire, going on picnics, but mostly spending time with her family and being a very special aunt to her nieces and nephews. She is survived by her father: Gary of New Auburn; brothers: Michael (Amie) Vetterkind of Eau Claire and Richard (Kristin) Vetterkind of Durand; sisters: Deadra Minto of Bruce and Colleen (Terry) Fedie of Pahrump NV; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother: Joyce. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at 7:00 PM at the Olson Funeral Home in Bloomer with visitation from 3:00 until the time of service.
