Cheryl Rae McKenna

Cheryl R. McKenna, 74, of Green Bay, recently of Kenosha, passed away on Monday, January 6, 2020, at Froedtert South – Pleasant Prairie. Born in Green Bay, on June 17, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Elaine (Greely) Jones. On July 15, 1967, she married Donald McKenna at First Christian Church in Green Bay. Cheryl was caring, compassionate, charismatic, generous, and loved to entertain. She was very involved in her church and was a homemaker and nanny for many years. She was a beloved wife, daughter, sister, godmother, aunt, cousin, and friend. Surviving Cheryl is her husband, Donald; her goddaughter, Jamie (Bryan) McNulty; a sister, Karen (David) Buche; sister-in-law, Gladys Jones; “grandchildren”, Alexis, Aleigha, and Brendan McNulty; and nieces and nephews, Bonnie DeGrave, Bill Kiefert, Lisa DeHaven, Rod Kiefert, David Buche, Ron Buche, Melissa Buche, Kathy Forlines, Jake Jones, Jedd Jones, Jason Jones, Jenny Edelblute, Nick Jones, and Jeff Jones. She is preceded in death by two brothers, Kelly and Kirk Jones; a nephew, Chris Jones and a sister-in-law, Myrna Lopaz. Private services will take place at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery at a later date.
