Alice Sanders Obituary

Alice Geneva Sanders 64, of Lake Ivanhoe, WI passed away on Friday, November15 2019 at her home. Alice was born in Warren County, Kentucky on January 9, 1955 to Lloyd Leon Crowe and Dorothy Jean Britt-Crowe. Alice was a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church. She graduated from Warren East High School in Bowling Green, KY. Her and the family grew up on a farm for most of her young years. She was the fifth of nine Children. Alice and her daughter Diane came to visit her sister, Anna in Lake Ivanhoe in 1975 and never left. This would be where she met her husband Edward Lee Sanders and they have been married for thirty years. She worked as a factory worker for many years and retired from Brunk Industries in 2016. Alice was a very loving, strong, honest and devoted person. She loved being a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She didn't have a mean bone in her body. If you ever needed anything, she would do her best to make sure you had it. She always had a very calm demeanor and did everything with a smile. She loved attending sporting events for all family members and friends, and she was never afraid to let the referees know if she didn't agree with a call!
