Diane Lynn Parkhurst, age 60, of Reedsburg, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday, March 17, 2017. She was born on January 30, 1957, in Kenosha, Wisconsin, the daughter of Richard and Florence (Bower) Amos. On June 24, 2000, Diane was united in marriage to David Parkhurst in Reedsburg, Wisconsin. Diane was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She enjoyed fishing, golfing, cooking and shopping. Above all, Diane cherished the time she spent with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Richard Amos; sisters, Helen Larson, Joanne (Royce) Dickman; brother-in-law, Francis “Sonny” Bauer. Diane is survived by her husband, David of Reedsburg; Daughters, Tamra Milton (Fiance’, Tyler Albright) of Racine, Joanne Leader (Cole Yerkes) of Reedsburg; Grandchildren: Zachary and Zoey Milton; Sister, MaryLee Bauer of Reedsburg; Brother, Duane (Betty) Amos of Park Falls; Sister-in-law, Boots Amos of Sturdevant, WI; Several nieces, nephews along with other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial for Diane L. Parkhurst will be conducted at 11:30 AM on Wednesday, March 22, 2017, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Reedsburg, with Father David Carrano officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4:00 until 8:00 PM at the Farber Funeral Home, Reedsburg, and on Wednesday from 10:30 AM until the time of the service at the church.
