Anna M. Lambro Obituary

Lambro, Anna M. (Nee Schachtl) Born to Eternal Life December 25, 2019. Born on a farm in Rosbach Germany. Her fondest memories on the farm were of her pet pig, her horse Fritz, and her pet deer Betsy, along with her rides to Austria on her motorcycle. Anna immigrated here with the assistance of her aunt Agnes Federl who sponsored her, through Ellis Island in 1954. Her first job was as a nanny for Mr. and Mrs. Herman Uihlein and their 3 children. She then worked for Industrial Laundry, Nicolet High School, and Mayfair Mall. Anna was a member of the Ladies’ Auxiliary Post 457, a member of the Cedarburg Senior Center, and supported the Thiensville Fire Department Corporation. She enjoyed life in Thiensville and Neillsville, WI with family, friends, and her rescue dog Roxy. Anna is survived by her daughter Joanne (Jon) Franken and other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, William. Visitation will be held Saturday, January 4 from 3-5 PM at Schramka Funeral Home, 423 N. Main St, Thiensville, followed by a service at 5 PM. Private entombment at Wisconsin Memorial Park.
