Mr. Randall Jackson Coontz, age 37, a resident of Belington, departed this life Thursday February 21, 2019 in the Ruby Memorial Hospital, following a period of declining health.

He was born December 12, 1981, a son of the late Randall Kent Coontz and Susan Lee Moran Coontz who survives in Belington.

In addition to his mother a sister; Tanya Lynn Bower of Charleston, niece; Jackie Holsberry, uncle; Rodney Darren Coontz of Belington, aunts; Sandra Moran and Vicki Habick both of Belington, cousins; Rodney Darren “Nugent” Coontz and Devon Jordon both of Belington. Additional survivors include several members of his extended family and a whole host of friends.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one sister; Lisa Holsberry, two nephews; Caleb and Kaylynn Holsberry, paternal grandparents; Edward and Ruth Coontz, and maternal grandparents; Donald and Dorothy Moran.

Randall attended the schools of Barbour County and was a Christian by faith. He was formerly employed as a Home Health Care as an Aid. He loved to collect movies and was an avid video gamer. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Friends will be received from the Talbott Funeral Home 56 N. Brandenburg Street in Belington on Sunday February 24, 2019 from 6pm – 9pm. Per Randall’s request cremation will be honored.
