It is with great sorrow that we announce the death of John Kulchisky who passed away peacefully on September 22, 2015 at the age of 93 years at the Westview Health Centre in Stony Plain, AB. John is survived by his daughter, Sabrina (Tom) Charity; grandchildren, Evan and Emma; three sisters-in-law, Kay Galas, Helen Panas and Stella Prokop and numerous nieces and nephews. He is predeceased in death by his beloved wife, Nancy; parents, Alex and Helen Kulchisky; brothers, Frank, Joe and Nick; sisters, Kay Smigorowsky, Julie Chibree, Sylvia Morley, Tillie MacSporran and Nellie James. To honour and celebrate John’s life, a Funeral Service will be held Thursday, October 1 at 11:00 a.m. at PARK MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 9709 – 111 Avenue, Edmonton, AB with Archbishop Joseph officiating.
