Smith, Lela Bernice, entered into rest peacefully at the Hastings Manor on Saturday Jan. 16, 2010. Lela Bernice Smith (Nee: Hagerman) of Hastings Manor and formerly of Roslin and Stirling. in her 99th year. Daughter of the Late Milton and Ena Hagerman. Beloved wife of the Late Charles Smith. Loving mother of Betty Cross (The Late Sam) of Roslin, Barb Bamber (the Late Ron) of Belleville, and Donald Smith (Ruth) of Trenton. Ever remembered by her grandchildren; Cheryl & Rick, Duane & Penny, Donna & Dan, Alan & Dawn, Laurie, Judy & Brian., her 14 great grandchildren and her 5 great great grandchildren. Dear sister in law of Alta, Elsie, and Margaret Hagerman Predeceased by her brothers; Ken, Ray, Bert and Roy and sister in law Ora Hagerman. Friends are invited to call at the Stirling Funeral Chapel, 87 James Street, Stirling on Monday from 2:00 till 4:00 and 7:00 till 9:00 pm. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday January 19 2010 at 1:00 pm. Rev Ann Foster officiating. Interment Stirling Cemetery.
