In Loving Memory of Mrs. Verna Mae Turner 1935-2018 It is with great sadness that the family announces her death at the Anson General Hospital on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at the age of 82 years. Loving wife of the late Thomas Turner and the Late Kenneth Stone. Beloved mother of Kim (Celene) Turner, Dean (Lise) Turner, Patti (Brian) Koski, Kelley, and Wendy (Ron) Roy. Verna was also the beloved stepmother to Beverly (Claude) Chouinard and Tom (Laurie) Stone. Cherished Grandmother of; Shawn (Jennifer) Turner, Tiffany (Dave) Dumas, Neal (Tanya) Turner, Chad (Patricia) Turner, Ryan (Ashley) Roy, Troy (Tina) Turner, Mallerie (Rocky) Nault, and Samantha (Nathan) Moffat and Greatgrandmother of; Austin, Daxten, Hudson, Emerson, Kailey, Kaiden, Nicholas, Lincoln, Thor, Liam, Olivia, Emilee, Sebastien, and Phoenix. Verna will also be missed by Marc (Tracy) Powers, Lisa (Chris) Freure, Thomas, Tyler (Jani) Stone along with Nathan, Madeleine, Anna, Aidan, Callia, Paxton, Maddux and Lennox. Verna also leaves her sister Lois, her brothers Terry and Lawrence as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She was predeceased by her mother Nettie Cotgrave, her sister Lillian and her brother Jack. A celebration of her life will take place in the spring of 2018. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Access Transit or to the South Centennial Manor Rehabilitation Fund and would be appreciated by the family.
