Richard A. Smith Sr., 75, of Temple, PA passed away Monday, November 13, 2017. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Paul A. and Anna Mae (Marsteller) Smith, Sr. Richard was the husband of the late Sandra (Knecht) Smith. Richard is survived by his son, Richard A.
