He served his family and others as a caring husband, father, and friend. He was engaged in many occupations throughout his lifetime including; welding and fabrication, service station owner/operator, and the office of Constable. He enjoyed spending time with friends and family and recalling stories about “the old days”. A favorite pastime was watching Westerns and enjoying a “chew”. He had a well developed sense-of-humor. He had a way of leading you down a conversational path that would become subtly, but progressively more unbelievable, until his listeners were politely, but obviously puzzled. It was at this point, when he had taken you as far as he could, that he enormous smile would break across his face, indicating without words, “I gotcha”. That smile will be sorely missed. Romans 8: 37-39
