Obituary of William Frederick Deans DEANS, “Billy” William Frederick: Passed away after a long illness on Tuesday, August, 27th, 2019 at the age of 55 at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre. Billy was the father of Jessica Deans, William Deans, and Samantha O’Brien. Survived by his loving sister Bonnie Deans and his loving brothers James “Jim” Deans, Robert Deans, and Jamie Deans. Cherished son of his mother Bonita Hutchins, father William James Deans, and step-mother Mary Deans. Billy will be missed by his grandchildren. He is survived by his best friend and “brother from another mother”, Ed Carter. As per the family’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Billy will also be missed by many friends and family.
