CHIN, Ivy It is with heavy hearts that we mourn the loss of Ivy, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great- grandmother and friend. Ivy passed away April 24, 2017 in Tucson, AZ. She was born in 1939 in Los Angeles. Ivy touched the lives of many with her positive and infectious attitude. She is survived by her husband, Charlie; daughters, Jen and Cindy; grandchildren, Erica (preceded), Emily, Ellie, Mary and Charlie; great-grandchildren, Madison and William; sister, Nadine. There will be a Memorial Service/ Celebration of life at the Ascension Brookdale Santa Catalina Lounge Thursday, May 18, 2017, 4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Alzheimer's Association .
