Briar Calsadillo, 28, of Bagdad, Arizona, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, June 23, 2014.
He was born on August 17, 1985, in Harbor City, California, to Alejandro and Caren Calsadillo. He grew up in Moreno Valley where he loved his Farmer Boys meals and spending time with his friends.
Briar Married Angela Calsadillo on August 19, 2011, and together they have two beautiful daughters: Elysia (9) and Myela (1 1/2).
Briar worked as a diesel mechanic in the military and in his civilian career. He attended UTI and specialized in diesel mechanics. He was a gun enthusiast, enjoyed fishing and camping, music, cars and video games. He loved being a father to his two daughters and also loved spending time with his family. He worked in the National Guard and was deployed to Afghanistan for a year.
He is survived by his wife, their two daughters, his mother and father, his sisters Shannon and Alisa, and brother Christopher Calsadillo.
A viewing will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2014, from 10 am to 11 am, at Christ's Church of the Valley, 7007 W. Happy Valley Road, Peoria AZ, 85383. A funeral service will begin immediately following the viewing from 11 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
