RYAN, Catherine Ann (Chatty), 85, was born in Ransom, Illinois on February 18, 1926 and passed away on August 11, 2011 following a brief illness. She was preceded in death by son, John Ryan III. Beloved mother of Kathleen Hart, Cynthia Ryan and Sheila (Ronald) Blackburn, loving grandmother of Victoria Miller, Ryan Blackburn and Marissa Blackburn; great-grandmother of Rainy Blackburn and Vincent Miller. The family wishes to thank Lynn, Victoria and Casa de la Luz Hospice for their loving care of our mother. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 16, 2011 from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m., at ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Avalon Chapel, 8090 N. Northern Ave. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Odilia's Catholic Church, 7570 N. Paseo Del Norte on Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Holy Hope Cemetery. Go Cubs!!
