Eugene F. (Spike) Williams Our loving husband and father, Eugene F. (Spike) Williams 86, passed away, September 8, 2011. Born in Fairfield, Nebraska, May 25, 1925 to the parents, William and Ida (Ransom) Williams who preceded him in death. He married Leona Rae Brown of Fairfield, Nebraska, June 6, 1946. Eugene was employed, US Dept. of Agriculture surveyor for 30 years, retiring to a farm in Marana, Arizona in 1985. Survivors include his wife, Leona; son, Dennis; sister, Lois Dainton; sister-in-laws, Marti Williams, Gertrude Williams, Marvel Mills (Wayne), Betty Church (Charles); and many nieces, nephews, with a host of many friends, as well as his Church families. Two brothers, Ray and Everett Dean Williams preceded him in death. Funeral Services are planned for Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at 10.00 a.m., at ADAIR FUNERAL HOME, AVALON CHAPEL, 8090 North Northern Ave. Tucson, Arizona, visitation 9:00 - 10.00 a.m. Pastor Steve VanKley, pastor of Canyon Del Oro Baptist Church will officiate. In lieu of flowers, choose your favorite charity. Interment will be held in Fairfield, Nebraska.
