Marjolaine Fauteux Obituary

Marjolaine (Desrosiers) Fauteux, 64, beloved wife of 46 years to Renald Fauteux entered into Eternal Peace on Wed. Dec. 7th surrounded by loved ones at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford. She was born on April 10, 1941 in Quebec, Canada, daughter of the late Gaston and Alice (Raymond) Desrosiers and had resided in Enfield for the past 36 years.
Marjolaine will be deeply missed by her loving husband, children and grandchildren.
Marjolaine is survived by her devoted family of five children; three daughters and their husbands; Linda & Danny Cournoyer, Maryse & John Kettle, and Sonia & David Kozma all of CT, two sons, Martial Fauteux & his companion, Danny Robichaux of LA and Neil & Michelle Fauteux of CT. She also leaves behind eight grandchildren; Ryan, Patrick & Eric Cournoyer, Rachel & Renee Fauteux, Amanda & Jesse Kettle, and McKenzie Kozma. Marjolaine is also survived by her siblings; seven brothers and sisters in law; Constant & Denise Desrosiers, Bernard & Diane Desrosiers, Germain & Monique Desrosiers, Donald & Louise Desrosiers, Gerard Desrosiers, Raymond & Angele Desrosiers and Daniel & Micheline Desrosiers, three sisters and brothers in law; Marguerite & Paul Emile Gosselin, Yolaine & Gerald Cournoyer and Marielle & Jacques Cote. Also five brothers in law, Bertrand & Claire Fauteux , Marcel & Suzanne Fauteux, Rheaume & Joanne, Richard & Lucy Fauteux all of CT and Jean-Claude & Lisette Fauteux of VT, two sisters in law, Yolande & Benoit Vachon and Louisette Fauteux of Canada. Also grieving are many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins, She was predeceased by a brother, Roger, sisters, Raymonde and Yolaine and two brothers in law; Robert and Gilles Fauteux. Her family would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Mike & Pat Gogulski for the loving care they have provided through this difficult time.
Funeral services in celebration of Marjolaine's life will be held on Monday Dec. 12, 2005 at 9am from Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels 43 Shaker Rd. Enfield followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. Martha's Church 214 Brainard Rd. Enfield. Interment will be at the family's convenience. Marjolaine's family will receive relatives and friends on Sunday Dec. 11, from 3 to 7pm at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels. Memorial donations in her memory may be made to the American Heart Association 2550 US Highway 1 N. Brunswick, NJ 08902-4301.
