Elaine Plain Roberge, 72, (formally of Milford, CT), passed away on Thursday May 1st 2014. She was born on October 23, 1941 in Stamford, CT to her late parents Walter & Helen Boyle. She had currently resided in Spring Hill, Florida. She was a devoted mother and grandmother. A lover of animals, Elaine leaves behind her beloved cat "Fate".She had very strong beliefs as a staunch conservative, and was a lover of Ronald Reagan.She also believed in strong family values. She is survived by her loving sons Richard Plain, Jr. and fiancé Beth DeMasi (of Milford) and Edward Plain and his wife Claudia (of West Haven, CT). Her surviving siblings include: A sister Barbara Johnson (of Florida) and two brothers Bruce and Gary Boyle (of Florida). Grandchildren include: Alexander, Gabrielle and Hannah Plain (of West Haven, CT) and Natalie Plain (formally of West Haven, CT). Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her brother Walter Boyle, Jr & sister Joan Shaughnessy. A mass of Christian burial will beheld on Thursday May 15, 2014 at St. Agnes Church (Milford, CT) at 11;00 am. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery. There will be no calling hours.
