Daniel DeRobertis

Daniel J. DeRobertis, 85, longtime resident of Rockville and recently of Tolland passed away Sunday, October 22, 2017. He was born April 29, 1932. Daniel made his home in Rockville in the 1950's. He worked in several professions: electrician, the jewelry trade, construction and enjoyed working around his house. He loved his motorcycles and owned them always. A father, husband and family man, he is survived by his four children, Denise Feeley and her husband Paul of Lyme, Donna Johnston of South Yarmouth, MA, Gary DeRobertis and his wife Raelene of Coventry, and Joseph DeRobertis of Danbury, NH; and his grandson, Sean Feeley of Lyme. He is also survived by his sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Audrey and Barry Cole and their daughter Maryann of Paisley, FL and many cousins in the Hartford area. He was predeceased by his wife Beverly; his grandson, Dustin DeRobertis; his son-in-law, Bryan Johnston, and his nephew, Richard Cole. Relatives and friends are welcome to join the family from 11:00am - 1:00pm on Thursday, October 26, 2017 at the Small & Pietras Funeral Home, 65 Elm St., Rockville, CT 06066. A Funeral Home Service will follow at 1:00 PM. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Daniel's name may be made to the charity of choice.
