Valerie C. McClelland, 84, of Tolland, beloved wife of John McClelland, passed away Saturday, February 25, 2017. She was born in Detroit, MI on February 26, 1932, the daughter of the late Wallace and Martha (Slifer) Crawford. Besides her loving husband, she leaves her two daughters, Tracy Makuch, and her husband Scott, of Hampden, MA, and Cindy McClelland, and her longtime partner, Phil Pavone, of Mystic, CT., Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
