Leroy Garth, 64, passed away Saturday, August 31, 2019 in Chattanooga. He was born in Lawrence County, Alabama on June 28, 1955 to the late James and Alberta Garth. He retired from the City of Chattanooga after 22 years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Polly Sanders and Annie K. Garth. Survivors include his son, Barabbas Brown; sisters, Mary Garth and Lillie M. Smith; brother, David R. Garth; a host of other relatives and friends. Public viewing will be held 9 am – 11 am Saturday, September 7, 2019, followed by the funeral service at 11:00 am in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Todd Lansden officiating.
