Taylor Moore Shelton Jr, 68, of Milton, Florida, passed away Monday, December 11, 2017. Junior was born in Meridian Mississippi and was the eldest child born to the late Taylor Moore Shelton, Sr and Ruth Jeanette Shelton. A retiree from Santa Rosa County with over 30 years of service he enjoyed spending his time with family. Junior is survived by his brother, Jerry Lamar Shelton; his daughter, Judy (David) Sivy; his son, James (Kathy) Shelton; his daughter, Mary (Mike) Cassady; his daughter, Dorothy Anne Shelton, and his daughter, Victoria Walters; ten grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 p.m., Friday, December 15, 2017, at Lewis Funeral Home, Milton Chapel. Burial will follow services in Strickland Cemetery with Lewis Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., prior to the service. The Family wishes to give a special thank you to the ICU staff at Santa Rosa Medical Center and Emerald Coast Hospice for the compassionate and loving care given to their father, grandfather, and brother.
