Nancy Ann Scott was born February 23, 1963, to Charles Douglas Ward and Frankie Mae Burleson Ward in San Antonio, Texas. She united with Greater Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church at early age, and served in the Youth Choir, as an Usher and BTU.
She was a faithful employee at Sam's Club in Temple, Texas, for 16 1/2 years serving at Customer Service Desk, as Front Line Supervisor, and was nominated as Employee of the year in 2018.
Survivors are a daughter, Latoya N. Carmickal; sisters, Evone Gaines, Charlene Nolan, and Carolyn Hoskin; brothers, John Ward, Bruce Ward, James Ward and David Ward; three grandchildren; and a host of relatives, Sam's Club employees and friends.
