Obituary for Susan H. Wynne

Susan Hope Wynne, 46 years old, of Shelbyville, Indiana, passed away May 25th, at Westview Hospital in Indianapolis, after a courageous battle with breast cancer.

Susan was born July 11th, 1965 in Youngstown, Ohio and was a 1984 graduate of Struthers High School in Struthers, Ohio, and attended the Mahoning County Joint Vocational School where she received education in Early Childhood Development.

Suzy was a groomer and caregiver for race horses across the eastern half of the United States and was a proud owner of a pacer named J.J.'s Roadster.

Suzy was always thinking of others before herself, and would always sacrifice time and energy to help out with whatever you needed. She loved children, animals, reading, and homemaking. Her energy was contagious and she was always fun to be around. Her job, family, friends, and of course J.J., were the most important in her life along with her husband of 7 years "Jack."

She is survived by her husband, John Thomas Wynne III, of Shelbyville, Indiana, originally from Hawkinsville, Georgia.
Also her parents, Paul Birch of Struthers, Ohio, and Sally Birch of Springfield, Ohio.
Siblings, Linda Mountford of Struthers, Ohio. Teri Summer of Orlando, Florida. Kathy Mason of Hawkinsville, Georgia, and Rick Birch of New Middletown, Ohio.
Several Nieces and Nephews and a great Nephew.
A beloved Brother, Jimmy Birch, Past away in 2007.

Her family and friends in Ohio would like to thank everyone in Indiana for their help and care of Susan during her illness.

Also a special thanks to Seasons Hospice for their compassionate support.

A memorial service will be held June 24th, at 2:00 pm, at Hoosier Park track.

Donations can be made to The American Cancer Society in Susan's name.
