Violet “Vi” E. Schaper (Horsley), 95, of Toms River, NJ passed away on Friday, March 27, 2020. She was a Homemaker. Vi is preceded in death by her beloved husband William and her parents Calvin and Helen (Bailey). She is survived by her loving daughters Janice Reilly of Bergenfield, NJ, Gail Gubernat of Brick, NJ, and Lisa Schaper of Toms River, NJ, five grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
