Cynthia T. Gaskins, 65, of Hagerstown, died Monday November 9, 2015 at her home in Hagerstown.<br>Born Sept. 2, 1950, in Hagerstown, Md., She was the daughter of Ethel M. Jones and the late Robert N. Jones, both of Hagerstown, MD.<br>Cynthia graduated from North Hagerstown High School, class of 1969, and worked at Western Maryland Hospital for thirteen years. She also worked at Radio Shack Distribution and Meritus Health. She was a member of Ebenezer AME Church, Hagerstown.<br>Cynthia is survived by two children, Christel R. (Jones) Frazier of Charlotte, NC and her husband Francois W. Frazier III, and Michelle L. Woods of Hagerstown, MD; two sisters, Deborah C. Yarberough of Colorado Springs, CO and Linda D. Jones-Frisky of Hagerstown; three grandchildren, Christian A. Jones, Alize’ Y. Frazier, and Brooklynn L. Woods; three sister-in-laws Tina, Deborah and JoAnn; and a host of nieces and nephews. Cynthia was preceded in death by her spouses, Nelson D. Woods and Robert Lee Gaskins and a sister, Diane K. Gordon.<br>A Funeral Service will be held at Christ Reformed Church, 130 W. Franklin Street, Hagerstown, on Friday, November 13, 2015 at 11:00 AM. Rev. Leroy Jackson will officiate. Burial will immediately follow in Cedar Lawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation one hour prior at church from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. <br>The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Ebenezer AME Church, 40 W.
