Donald Ray Derby 73 of Milan Missouri died on October 28, 2020 I Memorial Hospital in Belleville Illinois. He was born July 13, 1947 in Kansas City, Missouri to David Derby and Frances Hines. Donald is preceded in death by both parents; sister, Karen Derby; brother, Steve Derby and half-brother, David Derby. Survivors include his three children, Adam Derby of Farmington, Missouri , Aarron Goett of Highbe, Missouri and Melanie Venneman of Columbia Missouri; four grandchildren, Jordan, Cheyenne, LaJen, and Zander; one great grandson, Kasyn; the very special Roy Starbuck family; many loving and faithful aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. Donald was born and raised by his grandparents Cecil and Eva Hines in Milan, Missouri. He graduated the class of 1965 from Milan high school and later moved to Columbia, Missouri. In 1957 Donald was baptized and joined the Liberty Union Baptist Church. He was a faithful believer who truly love the Lord.
