SIMON, Robert, age 92, of Lodi, died on October 25, 2019. Born and raised in Paterson for 46 years, he settled in Lodi 45 years ago. Robert worked 25 years as a forklift operator at Nabisco in Fair Lawn retiring in 1992, he was a parishioner of St. Joseph’s RC Church, Lodi, a member of the Bakery Confectionery Tobacco Workers and Grain Millers Union, Local 719 - Glen Rock, and an avid NY Yankees fan. He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 65 years, Marie in 2015, and a brother, Donald Simon. He is survived by a niece, Isabel Charity, a nephew, Jody Charity, and a great-nephew, Todd Charity. Visiting Monday 4 to 6 pm. The funeral is Tuesday, October 29, 2019, arriving at the Aloia Funeral Home at 9 am followed by a 10 am mass at St. Joseph’s RC Church, Lodi.
