Frances Twombly ‘Fran’, of Somers, NY, passed away Grace Lillian Becker, 92, of New Fairfield, CT, passed away Monday, December 8, 2014, at Waterview Hill Nursing home. She was 87 years old.
She was born May 9, 1927 in Hyde Park, NY, daughter to the late Joseph F. and Marion B. (Millious) Broderick. She married Henry B. Twombly in 1960 in Poughkeepsie, NY. He predeceased her on May 22, 1989.
Fran was a wonderful mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. Her family was the most important thing to her.
Survivors include two children, Ronnee Melican (John) of Carmel, NY and Jeffrey Twombly of St. Augustine, FL; her brother John Broderick of Troy, NY; seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter.
