Michael Dooley, 67, of Valley View, Town of Ulster, died suddenly, Saturday, November 9th, 2019 in the Hudson Valley. He was born and raised in New York City on November 29th, 1951, son of the late William and Mary (Marveggi) Dooley. Michael was employed for over 20 years as a Commercial and Residential Building Superintendent for Local 32BJ. He could often be found enjoying a veal parmigiana at Il Vagabondo or visiting a casino. He was a member of the Rip VanWinkle Riders MC and an avid sports enthusiast. He is survived by his companion of twelve years, Deborah C. Prusack, one daughter, Kris Dooley of Brooklyn, and two sons, Sean Dooley of Brooklyn and Michael Dooley, and his wife Jessica, of South Salem, NY, and their children, Sloane M. Dooley and Graham E. Dooley, and one sister, Patricia A. Gray, and her husband Robert, of Stony Brook, NY, and his former wife, Brenda L. Dooley of Port Jefferson, NY, one nephew, Robert M. Gray and two nieces, Kimberly Homfelt-Gray and Jennifer A. Gray. The family will receive friends during memorial visitation at the Gilpatric-VanVliet Funeral Home, 339 Broadway, Ulster Park, on Sunday, November 24th, 2019 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. In lieu of fresh flowers, the family suggests indoor plants for loved ones to take home and nurture in memory of Michael or a contribution in Michaels' memory to: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105
