Thelma Campbell

Thelma Campbell, age 95 of Peebles, passed away Monday, May 4, 2015 at Rest Haven Nursing Home. She was born in Tollesboro, Kentucky on February 7, 1920 the daughter of the late Robert and Sophie (Gilbert) McCane. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert (Jake) Campbell. She was a member of the Farm Bureau. She is survived by one son, Bob and Edna Campbell of Seaman; one daughter, Teresa and Dan Kemper of Peebles; one brother, Dick McCane of Peebles; two sisters, Gracie Johnson of Highland and Shirley Abbott of Seaman; several grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild. Visitation has been scheduled for Thursday, May 7, 2015 from 11:00 A.M. till 1:00 P.M. at Wallace-Thomson Funeral Home in Peebles, with Ken Johnson officiating.
