Dale F. Carrow Dale F. Carrow, 68, of 25 Division St. Mt. Jewett, died Thursday night at his residence surrounded by his family after a lengthy illness. He was born Dec. 27, 1948 in Kane the son of the late Maxwell and Ellouise (Monroe) Carrow. On Aug. 22, 1998 in Mt. Jewett he married Jane Swanson who survives. Mr. Carrow served in the Marines during the Vietnam War. He was employed by Penn DOT for many years. He was also a member of the Mt. Jewett VFW Post 6347 and the American Legion Post 574 and the Marine Corp League. In addition to his wife he is survived by one daughter Nikki (Billy) Etter of Elizabethton, TN; one step daughter Leslie Moffett of Olean, NY; one grandson Parker Etter; and granddaugher, Selena Clemons; one sister, Dorothy Danielson of Mt. Jewett; one brother, James (Karen) Carrow of Falconer, NY; a nephew, Rodney (Anita) Danielson of Mt. Jewett; a cousin Fred (Kathy) Carrow of Westline; two great nieces and one great nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter, Kari Lynn Carrow and his niece Lisa Gufstafson. A memorial service will be held at a future date and will be announced.
