FRANK WAGNER

Frank F. Wagner, a resident of Furlong for the past 13 years, formerly of Cheltenham, died Saturday, Feb. 28, 2009, at Alterra Wynwood of Montgomery. He was 84. He was the husband of Barbara Pinkerton. Born in Trevose, he was a son of the late Louis and Florence Wagner. Frank was proud to have served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He also was a member of the Auxiliary Coast Guard. Frank was a private pilot and was a pilot with the Civil Air Patrol. Frank was a member of the Masonic Lodge. He also enjoyed being a ham radio operator and was a member of the Buckingham Sports Car Club for many years. In addition to his wife, Frank is survived by his two sons, Karl of Warminster, and Kurt of Philadelphia. Frank's memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, March 6, at Shelly Funeral Home, 1460 Easton Road, Warrington, where family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
