A memorial service for Carroll Lewis, 73, of Rhome, formerly of Cleburne, will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, Feb. 6, 2016 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Mr. Lloyd Bennett will officiate. Carroll Lewis passed away Saturday, Jan. 30, 2016 in Ft. Worth. He was born July 5, 1942 in Houston to Flake Oris and Allison Mae Jones Lewis. He married Patricia Kay Compton in 1968 in Okla. Mr. Lewis worked as an environmental engineer for United Co-op in Cleburne, retiring with 18 years of service. He was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Pat Lewis of Rhome; son, Lance Lewis; brother, Lee Lewis; and grandson, Marshall Lewis.
