Graveside services for Samuel Buckner Baker, 77, of Cleburne will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 30, 2012, in the Rosehill Cemetery. Mr. Baker passed away Saturday, Oct. 27, 2012, in Dallas. He was born Sept. 3, 1935, in Arkansas to Richard and Gurthie Smith Baker. Mr. Baker served his country proudly in the United States Marine Corps and worked as a test pilot for an aircraft company. Mr. Baker is survived by his daughter, Sandra Baker of Cleburne; son, David Baker of Dallas; grandsons, Matthew Thompson and wife Caitlin of Dallas, Samuel A. Thompson and wife Mandy of Cleburne and Ty Thompson and wife Priscilla of Midlothian; two great grandchildren, Samuel Thompson and Mason Thompson; and several other relatives and friends.
