Travis Swayne, age 19 of Peebles, passed away Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at his residence. He was born in Hillsboro, Ohio on December 13, 1995. Travis attended Antioch Baptist Church, was in the Peebles Boy Scouts Troop #266, the Peebles High School F.F.A., and the Buckeye Barn Busters 4H Club. He is survived by his parents, Donnie and Sharon (Matheny) Swayne of Peebles; sister, Alexa Swayne of Peebles; paternal grandmother, Kay Swayne of Peebles; maternal grandfather, Leo Matheny of Peebles; paternal great grandmother, Audrey Swayne of Peebles; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Visitation has been scheduled for Friday, May 1, 2015 from 5:00 till 8:00 P.M. at Wallace-Thomson Funeral Home in Peebles. Funeral services are scheduled for the following day at 1:00 P.M. at Antioch Baptist Church with Tim Parker officiating. Burial will follow in Antioch Cemetery.
